The Thomas family

Our family have been traditional butchers in Rhosllanerchrugog for over three generations. Occupying various premises in the village, we came to our current site in 1973.

We have built up an enviable reputation for providing excellent quality meat, which is local and traditionally grown.

An important factor in maintaining our excellent standard of meat quality was acquiring an abattoir in 1953. Apart from guaranteed full traceability, being butchers and abattoir operators allows us to fully appreciate the impact of one upon the other. We can fine-tune our processes so that we can guarantee high quality meat, time and time again. This is something few other butchers are able to do.
